"Bart Cook and Maria Calegari were stunning as always as he central couple, dancing against a ticket-tape line of women moving in the background. Their romance and their angst, their humanity in a void, were deeply felt, while the flanking ensemble sections offered a suitable frame. It takes several viewings to absorb all the sophisticated detail that Mr. Robbins has poured so ingeniously into the choreography.
