(3/50) I love these two pictures. The exuberance in the first one! Oh how I wish I could have seen Eddie perform live! I met him briefly in September at the re-opening (post-pandemic) night of NYCB. I asked, “Excuse me, are you Edward Villella?” and, now 85, he replied, “Well, I used to be, dear”. 🥺 So many dancers I wish I could have seen live, but happy to be here now and meet some of the ones still with us.
